What You'll Do:
- Offer support to customers and clients on the phone
- Dealing with and logging Tickets
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver smooth IT implementations.
- Provide exceptional customer support and technical advice.
- Work with the 2nd line team to help solve customer issues and escalating where necessary
Key Skills & Experience:
- Experienced with Office 365 and Exchange
- Comfortable using Active Directory, Group Policy and Azure AD
- Knowledge of Windows 10 & 11 and Servers
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with supporting and administering Networks - DNS, DHCP etc
- Knowledge of RMM Platforms and Ticketing systems
- Previous experience in an MSP environment (Desirable).
Location: Sheffield
Work Pattern: 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Salary: £25k-£30k DOE
