The Role: Residential Property Solicitor - 3+ PQE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor (3+ years PQE) to join a thriving conveyancing team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to post-completion.
- Handle freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Advise clients on lease extensions, shared ownership schemes, and buy-to-let investments.
- Collaborate closely with the team, sharing knowledge and contributing to team success.
- Ensure compliance with CQS standards and all regulatory obligations.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders.
