A well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking a talented and motivated Residential Property Solicitor (1-3 PQE) to join its dynamic team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate solicitor to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.

Its residential property team handles a broad range of transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, lease extensions, and transfers of equity. The client base ranges from first-time buyers to high-net-worth individuals, and the firm is known for its practical, solutions-focused advice.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* New builds and shared ownership
* Lease extensions and enfranchisement
* Re-mortgaging and transfers of equity
* Managing client relationships and providing high-quality, tailored advice
Key Responsibilities
* Handling a full caseload with minimal supervision
* Providing clear, practical, and commercially sound advice to clients
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Ensuring all transactions are completed efficiently and in line with client expectations
Candidate Profile
The firm is looking for a confident and driven solicitor who meets the following criteria:
* 1-3 years PQE in residential property law
* Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
* Excellent client management and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A proactive and commercial approach to problem-solving
