The Role
This is a multi-faceted real estate development role where you will be involved in:
✅ Large-scale land acquisitions for some of the biggest names in housebuilding
✅ Collaboration agreements between developers
✅ Disposals of serviced parcels to Housing Associations and developers
✅ Strategic options, funding arrangements, and urban regeneration projects
You'll work closely with a highly experienced team, benefiting from exceptional support and career development opportunities.
The Team & Firm
- A top-tier Residential Development unit, exclusively partnering with housebuilders
- 200+ specialists, forming the UK's largest residential development team
- Acting for all of the top 10 housebuilders and 18 of the top 20 in the UK
- A strong Land Team, assisting with strategic land projects, development agreements, joint ventures, and more
- Dedicated support from Litigation, Planning, and Construction teams to provide full-service client solutions
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a Senior Associate with 5+ years PQE. Experience working with housebuilder clients is ideal, but strong commercial development lawyers looking to specialise in residential development are also encouraged to apply.
