A well-established law firm with offices across Berkshire, Surrey, and Sussex is seeking a skilled and client-focused Private Client Solicitor to join their team in Winsor. Known for providing exceptional legal services and a compassionate approach, the firm offers a supportive, collaborative environment that values excellence and integrity.
About the Role:
The Private Client Solicitor will advise clients on a diverse range of private client matters, including:
- Wills and Estate Planning
- Trusts
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Probate and Estate Administration
- Inheritance Tax Planning
This position is ideal for a solicitor with a minimum of 3-5 years' PQE in private client work, strong technical skills, and a dedication to client care. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload autonomously while collaborating within a team committed to professional development and quality service.

About the Candidate:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2-5 years' PQE in private client work
- STEP qualification (preferred but not essential)
