Employment Solicitor Opportunity
PQE: 2 year+

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a motivated and ambitious Property Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join a successful and growing team.
In this role, you'll work closely with the head of the department and an experienced, supportive team, handling a broad range of property dispute matters. You'll advise clients across diverse areas-whether they're Landlords, Tenants, Occupiers, Investors, or Developers-on disputes involving the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, as well as issues such as dilapidations, lease renewals, rent/service charges, easements, boundary disputes, and more.
Ideal candidates will have 2+ years PQE, experience managing their own caseload, and a strong background in property dispute resolution.
Requirements:
- Experience in both residential and commercial property litigation
- Experience in hostile and non-hostile rent reviews
- A thorough understanding of Property Litigation.
