Role and Experience Level
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Family Lawyer with a minimum of 1 years PQE (there is flexibility for this role to be far more senior for the right candidate), ready to manage a varied caseload independently. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting clients through sensitive family matters, including divorce, financial settlements, and child arrangements, all while promoting amicable, non-confrontational solutions.

Key Responsibilities
* Independently manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial disputes, and child arrangements.
* Advise clients on all aspects of family law, providing clear, compassionate, and practical guidance.
* Actively participate in alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation and collaborative law.
* Maintain excellent client care standards, ensuring clients are fully informed throughout the process.
* Contribute to business development and the firm's strong referral network.
