Business Development Manager - Site Accommodation/Welfare/Modular
We are looking for a self-starting and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth, revenue, and profitability through a consultative, solutions-led approach. You will manage and develop a portfolio of existing clients while proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities across targeted market sectors.
With expertise in the hire industry, you'll anticipate and respond to customer needs, delivering complete site solutions in alignment with the company's offerings.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sales strategies to win new business and expand regional presence.
*Manage and grow relationships within a portfolio of regional and national accounts.
*Drive revenue growth in the region in collaboration with the wider sales team.
*Research and identify market sectors and contractors that align with the company's solutions.
*Proactively seek out and convert new business opportunities.
*Maintain and grow long-term customer relationships.
*Introduce and upsell the company's full range of products and services.
*Negotiate contracts and pricing effectively to maximise value and secure long-term partnerships.

Essential Experience & Skills Experience:
*Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue growth goals.
*Demonstrated ability to win new business and grow existing accounts.
*Industry experience in external sales, ideally within the hire sector (accommodation, welfare, or modular preferred).
