A well-established law firm in Reading is seeking an experienced Private Client Senior Associate to join its highly regarded team. The Role
The successful candidate will manage a varied and complex caseload, including:
- Wills and estate planning, including for high-net-worth individuals
- Trusts and tax planning, advising trustees and beneficiaries
- Probate and estate administration, including cross-border estates
- Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters
- Advising business owners on succession planning
In addition to handling a high-quality caseload, the role will involve mentoring junior solicitors, contributing to the growth of the department, and playing an active role in business development.
