A highly regarded law firm with expertise in estate planning, administration, charitable planning, tax matters, and contentious trusts and estates is seeking a Senior Contentious Private Client Solicitor to join their growing team.

The team comprises seven partners and five associates, all recognised for their expertise in private client matters. The firm regularly advises high-net-worth and high-profile individuals, trustees, charities, and not-for-profit organizations on a variety of complex and sensitive issues.
The Role
The successful candidate will join a dedicated Contentious Wills & Estates team, advising clients on:
- Trust disputes, will challenges, inheritance tax claims, and contentious probate matters.
- Property disputes arising from estates, including proprietary estoppel and claims under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act (TOLATA).
- A variety of high-value and complex cases, often involving intricate legal and strategic considerations.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a qualified solicitor with 8+ years post-qualification experience in contentious private client matters.
