Private Client Lawyer (Trusts) - 2+PQE

The Role:

You'll be responsible for:

• Preparing Deeds of Retirement and Appointment of Trustees
• Handling trust setup, drafting documentation, and transferring assets
• Providing expert advice on various trust structures (Bare Trusts, Life Interest Trusts, Discretionary Trusts)
• Managing the registration of trusts with HMRC
• Offering insight into the taxation of trusts and guiding trustees and beneficiaries

Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years' experience in trusts law (STEP qualification or working toward it is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of trust structures and their taxation
• Experience drafting relevant Deeds and managing trust matters through their lifecycle
• The ability to work independently, with supervision and mentoring provided
