- Experience working on a busy Service Desk.
- O365 - Licence deployment & Mail flow analysis.
- Firewalls troubleshooting.
- Understand Lan, Wan Technologies.
- Experience using a ticketing system.
- MSP experience a bonus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and keep track of active tasks.
