Are you a Project Manager? Do you hold an enhanced DV clearance within Cheltenham/Gloucester?

If yes, then this opportunity is ideal for you. I am looking for Project Managers from junior to principal level who hold a high level of clearance. This role will be based in the Cheltenham area and working in a client environment.

ROLE PURPOSE:

Project Delivery, including:

• The management of projects, typically (but not exclusively) involving the development and implementation of business processes to meet identified business needs, acquiring and utilising the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide effective management control to ensure that Projects are delivered effectively and efficiently on time and within Budget
• Confirm that project objectives are aligned with organisation goals, have been met and can be sustained on an ongoing basis
• Generate Business cases and work packages
• Agree scope of projects with suppliers and client
• Deliver in line with current standards, policies and legislation
• Work on secure government projects within the National Security/Cheltenham space

PERSON SPECIFICATION

ESSENTIAL

• Experienced IT professional, with Project Management background with:
  • A minimum of two years' demonstrable Project management experience
  • PRINCE2/APM or equivalent certification
  • Experience of using Microsoft Project
  • Experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously
