Technical Lead -

Our client, an established fintech company about to enter an exciting period of growth are seeking a hands on lead Software Engineer to lead a small engineering team and align technical strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the engineering team in developing scalable software solutions.
• Oversee the architecture and coding of projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Manage the entire development cycle, from planning to deployment.
• Implement and advocate for agile methodologies to enhance project tracking and delivery.
• Integrate third-party software solutions and coordinate with vendors to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Hands on skills in (most) SQL Server, Azure Durable Functions, Azure Key Vault, Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Azure Web Apps, React, Redux, Typescript, HTML, CSS
• Proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role.
• Strong background in software architecture and development.
• Expertise in agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with integrating third-party software and coordinating with vendors.
• Proficiency in Azure technologies and cloud-based solutions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
