Technical Customer Success Manager EMEA - Pre IPO OT Vendor

Location: 100% Remote - Based anywhere in EMEA, preferably UK, Germany or Israel

Salary Expectations: €130,000-150,000

I'm currently working with a High Growth, Series A OT CyberSecurity start up with a unique CyberSecurity product that has been proven to make a positive impact on protecting enterprise customers across all industrial verticals by providing strong visibility and risk management.

This vendor is now going to the next level of expansion, as a result they are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join their existing EMEA GTM team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Implement and develop strategies.
  • Customer relationship management.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth deployment, and providing comprehensive training to maximize product adoption.
  • Techncial troubleshooting.
  • Renewals and Expansions.

Requirements include:

  • 5 + years experience in a CSM role within a Cyber Security company, preferably a start up.
  • Experience managing customer renewals and driving account expansion.
  • Experience managing and delivering recurring customer engagements (QBRs, EBRs, etc.).
  • Strong English.
