Service Introduction Manager - 6 month contract - Remote First

I have a number of contract opportunities for experienced Service Introduction Managers to support the delivery of IT and Change projects for my Financial Services client. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless introduction of new services into their operational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the service introduction process for various IT and Change projects.
• Ensure the delivery of operational models and full life cycle management.
• Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to support service introduction.
• Communicate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role within IT and Change project delivery in corporate environments.
• Strong skills in service introduction and planning for complex projects in regulatory environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong documentation writing experience.
• Experience in workshop facilitation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
• Strong Project Governance experience
