Service Delivery Manager - Strategic Change Delivery - 4 months + - Remote first with ad hoc travel - base negotiable across UK

I am looking for a Service Delivery Manager to help deliver Strategic Change for a Community Engagement department at a leading government organisation. The role can be based across the UK, working mainly remote with flexibility to travel to London & the Midlands as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive a new engagement strategy, ensuring its integration into wider organisational goals.
• Oversee customer growth and diversification through strategic activities and stakeholder collaboration.
• Provide leadership and line management to the Community Engagement team, ensuring impactful engagement with their stakeholders.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in strategy development and delivery.
• Strong leadership and line management capabilities for hybrid teams across multiple locations.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire and drive change.
• Experience in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and empowerment.
• Ability to build strong relationships with peers and stakeholders, prioritising service delivery for customers
• Strategic mindset, coupled with a hands-on approach to implementation.
