Exciting opportunity for a senior lawyer (4-8PQE) to join a top-tier, market-leading Tax team in London, where you will work on complex and high-profile matters across a broad spectrum of tax law.

The Team:
The team advise on the most complex cross-border transactions, contentious tax matters and strategic tax advisory issues. They advise financial institutions, funds and corporate entities from all sectors on the tax issues arising on their most difficult, and high-value, transactions, disputes and risk-management issues.

The Responsibilities:
You will advise on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious tax matters, including:

• Corporate and finance transactions
• Private equity and investment structuring
• Real estate tax
• VAT and indirect tax
• Tax disputes and investigations

The Ideal Candidate:

• 4-8 years' PQE in tax law, gained at a top-tier law firm or highly regarded tax practice.
• Must have experience working on both contentious or non-contentious tax matters.
• Strong technical expertise across corporate, finance, and/or international tax matters.
• Strong academics from a Russell Group university.
