About the Role:
A well-established and highly respected law firm with offices throughout the South is seeking an experienced Senior Residential Conveyancer to join its expanding property team in Windsor. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified and dedicated professional to work in a dynamic, client-focused environment, handling a broad range of residential property transactions.

The successful candidate will manage a caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion, assisting clients with matters including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and leasehold properties. The role also involves providing expert legal advice throughout the process.

The position offers autonomy and the opportunity to lead and mentor junior team members, fostering growth and development within the team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in residential conveyancing, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions, from initial instruction through to completion.
• Advising clients on matters such as sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold properties.
• Leading and mentoring junior team members, supporting their development.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents, and third parties.
• Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and maintaining high standards of client care.

Skills and Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in residential conveyancing, with a proven ability to handle a full caseload.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the conveyancing process, legal requirements, and relevant regulations.
• Strong client management skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Leadership experience and the ability to mentor or manage junior staff is desirable.
