Job Title: Senior to Lead Data Engineer
Location: Hybrid (Based near Brentford)
Salary: £75,000 - £95,000 + Bonus

Are you an experienced Data Engineer with a passion for leading data-driven projects?

We are seeking a Senior to Lead Data Engineer for our client, a rapidly growing company near Brentford. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering innovative data solutions, utilising the latest technologies within the Azure Data Engineering Stack.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines using Azure Synapse and Azure Data Lake.
• Lead the development and deployment of data solutions across Azure ML Studio, Azure Data Studio, and Azure DevOps.
• Ensure data architecture aligns with business goals, supporting data-driven decision-making.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience working with the Azure Data Engineering Stack.
• Expertise in Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Azure Data Studio and Azure ML Studio.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and data governance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership experience is desirable, but strong Senior Engineers looking to take the next step will also be considered.
