Henderson Scott are working with a full service Law firm who are looking for a Senior Finance Operations Manager, a newly created role, to develop and mentor the finance department, ensure financial compliance, deliver process improvement and work with senior leaders to support the firms strategic objectives.
As Senior Finance Operations Manager you will report into the Head of the finance and act as a finance business partner with departments across the firm ensuring the finance department run smoothly and are robust and compliant in all areas.
Successful applicants will hold an accounting qualification, have substantial leadership experience, ideally have worked in a law firm or at least the Professional Services sector and have excellent inter personal skills. This role offers hybrid working after probation and a discretionary bonus.
