Senior Commercial Property Solicitor - 6+ PQE
Location: Multiple Locations across Surrey and Hampshire

A well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Property Solicitor (6+ PQE) to join its growing Commercial Property Team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a senior position, working closely with the Department Head while managing a diverse caseload.

The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a broad range of Commercial Property matters, including:

• Landlord and Tenant matters
• Acquisitions and Sales
• Secured Lending
• Corporate Support
• Business Development and Client Relationship Management

This position requires the ability to work independently while also collaborating with partners on more complex matters.

Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 6 years' PQE in a Commercial Property department
• Strong technical expertise with excellent drafting skills
• A high level of commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Exceptional communication, organisational, and analytical skills
• The ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently
• A proven track record of winning new business and building strong client relationships
