Sales Development Representative
Location: 100% remote across the US
Salary Budget: Up to $65k base/$80k OTE
Benefits: Stocks, Health Insurance, 401k, Uncapped Commission/accelerators
My client is a early stage vendor that is disrupting their market within Cyber Security. They have the best solution for solving a real need within Cyber and having closed a large round of funding in the past year, they are now massively growing their Sales Organisation with plans to double their company size. They already have POCs booked in with some big names such as Starbucks and Disney just to name a couple.
They are looking for their first SDR to come in and build the SDR function and work alongside some very experienced sales reps. There are some strong opportunities for progression as they will be exponentially growing in the next 12 months.
Responsibilities:
● Your team will generate new business opportunities to fuel new business sales pipeline
● Responsible for career development and advancement of team individuals
● Hire, coach, motivate and mentor Outbound Sales Development reps
● Report on results and performance
● Constantly seek opportunities for improvement and enhancement
● Align with marketing and sales leadership stakeholders
The ideal SDR Profile will have:
- 6 months - 2 years' experience as an SDR/Prospecting role
- Experience working within a Cyber Security Vendor
- Start Up Experience strongly preferred or self starter attitude
- A track record of exceeding quota
