An expanding law firm in Uxbridge is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor with experience in residential development to join its New Homes team. This role involves supporting the New Homes Partner in a strategic, high-volume environment, providing an efficient, end-to-end legal service for new home transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage new homes instructions, including all legal aspects of plot sales
• Supervise delegated administrative tasks for streamlined team operations
• Oversee client communications, billing, and team management for smooth transition to higher work volumes
• Contribute to case management and workflow improvements

Ideal Candidate

• Holds a legal qualification (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced non-qualified conveyancer)
• Has 2-4 years of experience in residential property law and is comfortable with high-volume transactions
• Skilled in delegation, supervision, and maintaining high standards under pressure
