A highly regarded Thames Valley law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join its expanding team. With multiple offices in the region, the firm provides expert legal services and is committed to delivering outstanding client care and building lasting relationships.

The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Partner, Associate, or Senior Solicitor (6+ years' PQE) to play a key role in the firm's growing Residential Property team. The successful candidate will manage a busy caseload of residential property transactions while contributing to the team's continued success and business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and lease extensions.
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members.
• Ensuring cases are handled efficiently and cost-effectively while maintaining high professional standards.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and property professionals.
• Supporting business development and networking initiatives to help drive the team's growth.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will:

• Have a minimum of 6 years' PQE as a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer.
• Preferably have strong local connections with estate agents and experience in business development.
• Be enthusiastic, hardworking, and a team player.
  Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrate a commitment to professional excellence, integrity, and client service.
