A well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join its busy and friendly team. Known for providing exceptional legal services, the firm offers a supportive and professional environment for career development.

The Role
The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of residential property matters, including:

• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build transactions
• Lease extensions

Key responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, handling files independently, and contributing to the firm's collaborative culture.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be:

• A qualified solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE in residential property (other levels of experience will be considered)
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident in managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision
• A strong communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills
