Job Title: Residential Property Lawyer - 2+ Years PQE
Location: Chichester, West Sussex

Overview:
A highly regarded and long-established law firm in Chichester, West Sussex, is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer to join their thriving property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a property lawyer with a minimum of 2 years' PQE to further develop their career in a friendly, professional environment with strong local roots.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

  • Transfers of equity

  • Remortgages

  • Shared ownership and new build transactions

• Managing client relationships and maintaining excellent service standards

• Liaising with estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors

• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards

• Contributing to the development and marketing of the department

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer

• Minimum of 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing

• Proven ability to manage a full conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision

• Strong knowledge of UK property law and the Land Registry process

• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills

• A proactive, client-focused approach
