They are currently seeking a Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or an experienced Conveyancing Executive to join their busy conveyancing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, though this doesn't have to be post-qualification (PQE). The role offers a great opportunity to independently manage your own caseload, with minimal supervision and shared support in relation to file opening and AML checks.
You'll be joining a tight-knit, collaborative team of three where support is always available. Team members cover for each other in cases of short absences, ensuring seamless service delivery. With a pet-friendly, open-plan office, this firm fosters a relaxed yet professional environment. There is no pressure to hit billing targets-client care is the priority.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of approximately 60 files
- Handling all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages
- Running files independently, including the ability to manage transactions from instruction to completion
- Ensuring a high level of client service and care
- Using case management systems to streamline and track progress
This role offers the chance to play a key part in the conveyancing team, ensuring smooth property transactions for clients and directly contributing to the firm's client-focused success. Your expertise will help maintain the firm's reputation for reliability, care, and transparency in property transactions.

Location
The role is based in the firm's Haywards Heath office, serving clients from the surrounding areas, including Crawley, Gatwick, Balcombe, Haywards Heath, and beyond.
