We are working with them to find a talented and self-motivated Residential Property Lawyer with at least 3 years PQE to join their team on a fully remote basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work autonomously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Oversee files unsupervised from start to finish, handling client communications and documentation preparation.
• Ensure seamless, efficient transaction processes, maintaining high standards of client service and legal expertise.
• Assist with new client enquiries and overflow work from other offices.
