Are you an experienced Residential Property Lawyer ready to make a significant impact within a progressive and well-established firm? We are representing a dynamic and modern law firm with a rich history and 6 offices across the South, this firm is dedicated to delivering accessible, friendly, and expert legal advice. We are working with them to find a talented and self-motivated Residential Property Lawyer with at least 3 years PQE to join their team on a fully remote basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work autonomously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

The Team and Culture

You will have the flexibility to work independently and remotely, supported by innovative technology, including a CRM system (TIKIT and Partner for Windows) and digital platforms like Infotrack.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • Oversee files unsupervised from start to finish, handling client communications and documentation preparation.
  • Ensure seamless, efficient transaction processes, maintaining high standards of client service and legal expertise.
  • Assist with new client enquiries and overflow work from other offices.

Impact of the Role
This position is vital in maintaining the firm's high standard of service, covering existing files and contributing to the overall success of the property team. There is potential for this role to transition into a permanent position, offering long-term career development opportunities.
