The successful candidate will handle a range of residential property transactions, including:

• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
• Lease extensions and enfranchisement
• Landlord and tenant matters

Key Requirements

• 3+ years PQE in residential property law.
