Senior Associate Solicitor - Residential Conveyancing (Reading)

A well-established law firm is seeking a dynamic and proactive Senior Associate Solicitor to lead a new Residential Conveyancing team in its Reading office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor looking to take the next step in their career, with the ambition to grow and expand the firm's presence in the South Oxfordshire market.

The Role
The successful candidate will:

• Lead and develop a new Residential Conveyancing team
• Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, with dedicated support from an experienced Legal Assistant
• Play a key role in business development and networking to enhance the firm's presence in the local market
• Build and maintain strong client and agent relationships, actively engaging in marketing initiatives
• Provide mentorship and leadership, supporting junior team members

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:

• 10+ years' PQE in Residential Conveyancing
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to handle complex property transactions
• A commercial mindset, with proven business development and networking experience
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• The ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture
