A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Wokingham is seeking an experienced Solicitor, FCILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer with 3-6 years PQE to join its expanding Residential Conveyancing team.

The Role:
The successful candidate will:

• Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and new build transactions.
• Provide support to colleagues and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Play a key role in business development and networking, helping to enhance the firm's presence in the region.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 3-6 years PQE in residential conveyancing, with a solid understanding of the property market.
• Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently and efficiently.
