A well-established and successful law firm is seeking an Associate Solicitor to join its Residential Property Team in Thatcham. This is an excellent opportunity for a 5+ years PQE residential property specialist to take the next step in their career within a forward-thinking and client-focused environment.

The Role
The successful candidate will:

• 
  Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the process
• Develop new business through networking and actively seeking new opportunities
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure an efficient and seamless client experience

The Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years' PQE in residential conveyancing, handling complex transactions
• Strong business development skills, with the ability to generate new clients and opportunities
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent client-facing skills, with strong analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities
• A proactive team player, committed to building effective and trusting relationships
