The role:

• Full time Residential Conveyancer based in the Shirley office
• Managing a high-volume caseload of residential property sales
• Communicating professionally and effectively with clients, 3rd parties, customers and colleagues by phone and in writing within tight deadlines

The ideal candidate:

• 2-3 years PQE
• Experienced in managing your own caseload of conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
• A team player who is also independent
• Approachable, well presented and professional
