The role:

• Conveyancing Fee Earner in the Cotteridge office
• Lively office with a close-knit team ranging from Support Staff to Solicitors
• Management of your own caseload from inception to completion of sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions
• Generating fee income to acheive the set targets
• Competitive Salary based on experience

A successful applicant will have:

• 4+ years PQE
• Demonstrated success in managing Conveyancing client cases and generating fees
• Experience in managing client enquiries both in person and over the phone
