Are you an established Residential and Commercial Property Lawyer with aspirations of progressing your career in a supportive, forward thinking environment? My client is one of the leading St Albans conveyancing law firms and is expanding its team, seeking a conveyancing professional with a solid background in conveyancing, a hands-on approach, and a client-focused mindset.

Traits of a successful candidate:

• Be a Solicitor of 5+ years PQE + (or qualification and experience equivalent).
• Be able to conduct your own matters and supervise the work of paralegals/assistants as necessary.
• Be a confident communicator, able to build and maintain relationships with clients, agents and colleagues.
• Have experience in dealing with CQS and Lexcel as well as Lender Panels and the Land Registry.
