Programme Technology Lead - Outside IR35

Up to £600 per day | London (1-2 days per week onsite) | Must be eligible to work in the UK

We are looking for an experienced Programme Technology Lead to join a large-scale programme on a contract basis (Outside IR35). Ideal candidates will have experience in financial services, retail, or software industries and a strong technical background, particularly within the Microsoft stack (D365 F&O, Commerce, CE). Experience with Adobe is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring seamless communication across teams

• Engage effectively with third-party stakeholders and internal teams

• Work closely with the Enterprise Architect, delivering against a structured programme of work

• Provide infrastructure knowledge, with a strong focus on security, integrations, and environment management

• Understand Azure DevOps and how it supports delivery processes

• Support the transition from BAU to programme work and back to BAU

• Identify and manage changes to the current IT operating model

• Ensure technical projects are successfully reintegrated into business as usual

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in IT consulting or programme delivery

• Strong stakeholder management and engagement with third parties

• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements

• Technical background preferred, particularly in Microsoft technologies

• Experience working on large-scale IT transformations

Rate: Up to £600 per day (Outside IR35)
Location: Hybrid - 1 to 2 days per week in London
