The Private Equity Team:
The current Private Equity team are specialist when it comes to advising pan-European and international institutional investors, alternative asset managers, senior management teams, founders and corporates for both transactional and advisory matters.

The Role:

• Provide expert legal advice and support on private equity transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, and exits.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents and agreements.
• Keeping abreast of legal developments and industry trends to offer insightful guidance.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified solicitor with 2+years of proven experience in private equity or corporate law.
• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
