Private Client Solicitor

An established law firm is seeking a Private Client solicitor to join their brand new office and build their new team! If you're driven and eager to advance your career, build a team, while building and maintaining strong client relationships, this could be the perfect fit for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting Wills and Lasting Power of Attorneys.
• Inheritance tax planning.
• Elderly client matters and estate administration.
• Supporting clients with Court of Protection applications, including deputyship.

About You:

• A qualified solicitor with at least 4 years PQE in private client law.
• Strong technical skills in wills, trusts, tax planning and elderly client matters.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Proven business development and networking abilities.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work unsupervised.
