About the Role:

An exciting opportunity to join a supportive and friendly legal team in Felixstowe, specialising in private client services. You'll play a key role in providing expert advice and legal solutions to a diverse range of clients while building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Estate Planning: Advising clients on estate management and distribution strategies.

Will Drafting: Preparing tailored wills to meet individual needs.

Trusts: Advising on the creation and administration of trusts.

Lasting Powers of Attorney: Guiding clients through the preparation and registration of LPAs.

Probate and Estate Administration: Supporting executors and administrators with estate management and probate processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in private client law.
• Strong knowledge of estate planning, wills, trusts, and probate.
• Excellent client care skills with a professional and empathetic approach.
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
• A proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
