This role offers significant autonomy and responsibility, working closely with the Head of Department while managing a varied caseload. You will deliver expert legal advice to new and existing clients, maintaining the firm's exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and referrers.
• Providing commercially minded legal advice.
• Drafting wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Managing estate administration, trusts, and taxation matters.
• Handling Court of Protection cases.
• Contributing to monthly team targets and KPIs.
• Supporting business development and promoting the firm's services.

• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with legal systems.
