Senior Private Client Solicitor Opportunity

PQE: 10 year+

Term: Permanent, Full-time

Location: Luton

A growing and busy Private Client Department is seeking an experienced and motivated solicitor to join the team.Ideal candidates will bring strong client care abilities, a commitment to building and nurturing client relationships, and the capability to support and mentor junior staff. Independence and teamwork skills are equally valued in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a client portfolio, using strong marketing skills and networking
• Draft and oversee documentation for wills, probate applications, LPAs, trust creation and management, court of protection work, and estate administration
• Uphold compliance standards and manage client expectations effectively
• Conduct client meetings, manage files, and handle inquiries with precision
• Engage in initiatives including webinars, legal clinics, and charity events
• Mentor junior team members and participate in continuous professional development

Ideal Candidate:

• 10+ years of experience in Private Client law, with a high standard of work and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• IT proficiency, with experience using case management software, MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to adapt to change
• A courteous and supportive demeanor, especially in assisting vulnerable clients
• Valid driving license for travel between offices
