Role Overview:
The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload, covering areas such as wills, probate, trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and estate planning. They will provide tailored legal advice, ensuring clients' personal affairs are handled with professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on wills, estate administration, trusts, tax planning, and powers of attorney.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships with a focus on trust and quality service.
• Managing caseloads efficiently while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Working collaboratively within the team and contributing to the department's growth and development.

Candidate Profile:

• A qualified Private Client Solicitor with at least 2 years of PQE (other levels of experience may be considered).
• Strong knowledge of wills, probate, estate planning, and tax matters.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
• Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality legal advice.
• Capable of working independently while supporting team initiatives.
