Private Client Fee Earner (Full Time or Part Time)
A well-established law firm based in Windsor, UK is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or fully qualified Legal Executive to join its renowned Wills & Probate team. The Role
The successful candidate will join a dedicated Private Client team with extensive experience in managing the affairs of elderly and vulnerable clients and their families.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a full caseload of Wills, LPAs, estate administration, and trust work
• Delivering high-quality legal advice and client support
• Meeting fee-earning and caseload targets in line with firm processes
• Participating in business development and networking activities
• Advising on tax matters related to estate planning and trusts

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2+ Years PQE
• Experience in handling non-contentious private client work
• Strong technical knowledge and case management skills
• Awareness of risk management and compliance
• Interest in business development and networking
• Excellent client care and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (training provided for case management systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
