The Role
As a Private Client Solicitor, the role involves managing a varied and high-quality caseload with a high degree of autonomy. Responsibilities include:

• Advising clients on Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate, estate planning, tax, inheritance disputes, and contentious probate matters.
• Meeting clients in person and virtually to provide tailored, strategic legal advice.
• Ensuring compliance with Lexcel standards and the SRA code of conduct, maintaining meticulous file management and risk assessments.
• Drafting key legal documents, including Wills, Trusts, and Power of Attorney arrangements.
• Handling probate cases efficiently, ensuring a seamless process for clients.
• Maintaining commercial awareness by recording time accurately and managing prompt billing.
• Engaging in business development through presentations, seminars, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Keeping up to date with legal developments through continuous professional development.
• Contributing to the success of the wider team by sharing insights and supporting colleagues.
