A well-established, busy, and progressive law firm with offices across Buckinghamshire is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its team in Prestwood. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to become the senior solicitor for a thriving department, with the role becoming available due to the relocation of a long-standing employee.

The Role
This role offers a long-term, stable legal career in Buckinghamshire within a supportive and friendly firm. The successful candidate will handle a varied and interesting caseload of:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and Estate Administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Trusts
• Inheritance Tax matters

You'll be responsible for managing client relationships with care and professionalism, providing clear, practical advice and a consistently high standard of service.

The Ideal Candidate
The firm is looking for a solicitor who is:

• Technically competent and meticulous, with strong attention to detail
• Empathetic and approachable, with excellent client-facing skills
• Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Experienced, with at least 3 years' PQE in Private Client work
• Knowledgeable in probate, IHT planning, trusts, and drafting key legal documents
• A quick learner who is committed to professional development and maintaining high standards
