A well-established and client-focused law firm is seeking a motivated and ambitious Private Client Solicitor (NQ to 5 Years PQE) to join their growing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a solicitor at the start of their career or with up to five years of post-qualification experience to take on new challenges and contribute to team development.

The Role:
The successful candidate will join a thriving Private Client department, handling a diverse caseload that includes:

• Drafting wills and creating trusts.
• Advising on inheritance tax planning and probate matters.
• Administering estates and powers of attorney.
• Supporting clients with Court of Protection applications.
• Assisting with team growth through marketing and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

• A qualified solicitor with NQ to 5 years of PQE.
• Experience in Private Client work is desirable, but candidates with transferable skills and the right mindset will also be considered.
• A proactive, client-focused professional with strong interpersonal skills.
• An adaptable and organised individual capable of managing varied workloads.
• STEP membership or progress toward the qualification is advantageous but not essential.
