The Role:

• Managing a traditional Private Client caseload, including Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Estate Administration.
• Based at the firm's Horsham office, this is a predominantly office-based role with a strong focus on face-to-face client work, as many appointments are pre-booked.
• Working alongside a dedicated team, the role offers clear progression to Head of Department.
• The firm is known for in-house referrals and a client-driven approach, meaning you'll have access to a steady stream of work.

Key Requirements:

• 7+ years PQE with extensive experience in Private Client law.
• Strong expertise in traditional Private Client matters including Wills, Probate, and Trusts.
• STEP accreditation is ideal but not essential.
• Excellent client-facing skills and a warm, approachable manner.
• A focus on providing high-quality, empathetic legal advice.
