The Role:
The successful candidate will work on a diverse and rewarding caseload, advising clients on matters such as:

• Drafting bespoke Wills.
• Assisting with estate administration and estate planning.
• Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Advising on trust creation, management, and administration.
• Supporting clients with Court of Protection applications, including deputyships.
