Senior Private Client Lawyer

My client is a well-regarded regional firm and are looking to bring in a Senior Private Client Solicitor, with ambitions to become Partner. They are seeking an accomplished professional to join their already established team in Hatfield.

What You'll Do
As a key member of our team, you'll:

• Handle diverse Private Client matters, including:
• • Drafting Wills (including Living Wills)
  • Probate applications
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
  • Trust creation and management
  • Court of Protection work
  • Estate administration
• Offer expert advice on inheritance tax rules and develop tailored proposals.
• Manage risk, compliance, and client expectations effectively.
• Collaborate in charity, marketing, and networking initiatives.
• Contribute to team development, webinars, legal clinics, and podcasts.

Traits of a Successful Candidate

• At least 5 PQE in Private Client law.
• Someone who aims to become Partner
• Excellent client service skills and the ability to work with the vulnerable.
• Expertise in Lexcel standards, file management, and IT systems (case management, MS Office).
• Strong communication, adaptability, and a "can-do" attitude.
